RosEuroDevelopment was formed as part of the RosEuroGroup consortium in 2004 as a result of the merger of two core companies – Novoye Vremya Development (construction and commissioning of cottage developments in the Moscow region) and NLK-development (turn-key construction projects for large logistics parks in Russia). Before their merger the companies had already gained substantial experience. In particular, Novoye Vremya Development constructed Istra Holiday dacha hotels – the one-of-a-kind resort in the Moscow region as well as several VIP and business class wooden cottage developments. NLK-development implemented Russia’s first National Logistics Park, NLK - Khimki (at the time of construction, the largest logistics centre in the Moscow region), and constructed several Class A customs warehousing complexes.
