In 2015, Digitata Limited acquired a controlling stake in Rorotika Technologies (Pty) Ltd., having worked hand-in-hand on the development and support of Digitata’s Dynamic Tariffing™ solution for some seven years. The close and successful collaboration and synergies between the two companies made this a logical progression in the relationship. Rorotika Technologies now trades as Digitata South Africa (Pty) Ltd., and the services and products that were provided by Rorotika, continue to be offered, improved and supported by the same highly-skilled teams, under the Digitata brand.
