Our approach to therapy is based on helping individuals to make real change in their lives. We know what it feels like to struggle, and that it is a big step to seek help. We want to make sure that in seeking help, our clients can find real change in their lives and learn useful skills for making these changes. Because of this, our style focuses on actively noticing patterns and behaviours that get people stuck, and working through these difficulties to move our clients in a direction that is meaningful to them. We strive to take an active approach to therapy focused on bringing our clients closer to their best self through values identification, goal-setting, and mindfulness practice, among others. Our goal is to provide our clients with support and the skills that they can use to reach their full potential and live the life they want.
