Rooftight has been building homes in Halifax, Nova Scotia since 1995. Scott Smith has always been and continues to be the hands-on, energetic chief of Rooftight Construction. He lives, works, plays and parents in a Rooftight home. Scott hand-picks his whole team of project managers, builders, designers, electricians, and technology installers. As a team, they deliver consistently beautiful, custom homes for each client - many of whom are now Scott's neighbours. Scott discovered the Woman-Centric home-building approach in 2009 while researching international best practices in family-home design.
