RollinGreens originated as Boulder’s first organic and local food truck and catering service in 1980. In 2011, the company was reborn by husband and wife team Ryan and Lindsey Cunningham. Recently the company launched their line of packaged products, with their first product Millet Tots. Millet Tots are the only non-potato, whole-grain tot on the market. RollinGreens exists to elevate the frozen food category by delivering the most conscious, innovative culinary experience, one that starts with nutritious ingredients then emanates outward to every customer’s touch point.
