Roebuck Food Group plc is an AIM-listed investment group focused on growth and innovation within the food and agribusiness sectors. Having successfully sold our UK cold storage assets to the Japanese Nichirei Corporation for €74m in 2021, the Group is mapping out our growth strategy, leveraging a highly experienced and capable team and our financial flexibility to create shareholder value in the coming years. Our existing business comprises three business units: Townview – An international sourcing partner and wholesale supplier of BRC-certified meat, seafood, and dairy ingredients. Moorhead & McGavin – A specialist in importing, milling, and contract packing Dried Pulses, Cereals, Grains, Pasta, Rice, and Flours. Cantwellscourt Farm – An asset-backed A2 dairy farm with 856 animals between cows and replacements, producing 2.2-2.4 million litres of A2 milk annually.
