To do this, we allow our wines a generous period of lees-ageing in bottle, and we will only release a wine once we feel that it has been aged to perfection. Since our first release in 2019, our sparkling wines have received brilliant reviews from the very best wine writers and been awarded numerous trophies in prestigious wine competitions. Most notably, our 2014 Classic Cuvée won the highly sought-after accolade of a ‘Best in Show’ and a Platinum Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2020.
