We are a survivor empowerment organization with the primary goal of helping survivors take back their power through activism. Roe v. Rape focuses on grassroots organizing to help individual victims fight collectively for survivors’ rights and heal in the process. We provide tools, resources, and personalized guidance to help survivors organize campaigns and demonstrations surrounding sexual violence. We also create our own projects that any survivor can choose to join.
Our secondary goal is to prevent sexual violence. We advocate for affirmative consent in curricula, laws, policies, and practices.
Roe v. Rape is run entirely by college-aged volunteers, so we are always looking for passionate people to join our team. If you are knowledgeable about sexual violence and consider yourself a survivor advocate, we encourage you to apply for a leadership position! Email info@roevrape.org to learn more.
