Holistic Physiotherapy is a whole body approach that integrates conventional rehabilitation medicine with alternative and complementary approaches. I work closely with all my patients during one-to-one wellness or therapeutic sessions to understand the root causes of their pain, to develop an individualized treatment plan, and to help them build strength and prevent injury.
