With a staff of +30, Kahdeksas päivä (“Eight day”) is one of the largest real estate companies in Finland. We sell about 1 000 properties annually with over 10 years of experience in the business. Kahdeksas päivä was created in 2016 to continue the work of Suomen Asuntopalvelut which was established in 2006. Kahdeksas päivä doesn’t only organise property viewings but it aims to make your life easier in many other ways as well. In addition to real estate services we offer removals, interior design and temporary storage solutions among many others. Our aim is to increase our customers’ leisure time giving them an impression of an extra, eight weekday. It’s important to us that the real estate agents we work with enjoy their job. We offer real estate and other services in the Helsinki region and elsewhere in the country through a partnership network. The feedback given to each of our agents is posted on our website – a testament to your chosen agent’s skills. Our agents undertake regular trainings and most have passed a real estate agent examination administered by the Finnish Central Chamber of Commerce.
