Alex Toenniges is a movement & neuroplasticity specialist helping musicians, dancers, change-makers, and sensitive, neurodivergent, queer, and disabled folks find more ease in moving, thinking, feeling, and living.
Alex helps people with balance & mobility, chronic pain, stroke recovery, anxiety & depression, nerve pain / neuropathy, range of motion, arthritis, sleep troubles, vision, TMJ / jaw pain, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, trauma & PTSD, injury/surgery recovery, repetitive strain injuries / tendonitis, migraines & headaches, and more.
With a background as a classical bassoonist, Alex specializes in working with musicians. She has taught Feldenkrais® workshops for musicians at Brevard Music Center; University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance; Indiana University Jacobs School of Music; and many others. Alex also offers bassoon lessons.
