These opportunities involve: Securing planning consent at Gateway South in Coventry for 3.6 million sqft. of logistics space as part of Coventry & Warwickshire Development Partnership with SEGRO & Roxhill. Securing over 20 new tenants at Aviation Business Park in Bournemouth. Master planning over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of employment space at Norwich and Exeter.
