Ride On Portland

RideOn Portland is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that both you and your car get home safely after enjoying Portland’s nightlife. Pretty cool, huh? RideOn Portland has developed a progressive approach towards the prevention of drunk driving by driving individuals home in their own car. Bicyclists, pedestrians, motorist, we are all in this together – RideOn’s aim is to keep us all safe. RideOn is a volunteer-based organization composed of individuals probably a lot like you. We love Portland! We love Portland’s nightlife! And we love to partake in all that this vibrant city has to offer. That’s why we created RideOn, so we can all enjoy Portland’s nightlife safely. RideOn drivers are dispatched to the aid of intoxicated and/or impaired imbibers on Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 11pm and 3am in an effort to reduce the number of impaired drivers on the street. Thanks to the help of our awesome sponsors, RideOn is able to provide you with this service for just $10 per ride. The cost of our service is intentionally affordable so that making a good decision will be an easy decision at the end of a night out. Not too shabby, eh?
