Richland Engineering Limited (REL) is a full-service Civil Engineering firm in Mansfield, Ohio. The firm’s initial mission and focus, which continues today, is that of providing quality engineering services for private entities, townships, villages, cities, counties, and state DOTs. REL provides airport engineering, highway engineering, bridge design and inspection, structural engineering, and field surveying and right-of-way services throughout Ohio. Richland Engineering Limited was founded in 1968 as a Limited Partnership Association. In 2020, REL merged with Wallace & Pancher, Inc. and became a WallacePancher Group company.
