Developing comprehensive annual brand plans and presenting to divisional leadership; developing and leading transformation business change. •Monitoring execution of plans and making course correction as needed. •Providing direction to key cross-functional partners such as research, sales, product development, manufacturing, quality, finance, legal & advertising agencies. •Key strategic and tactical role in acquisitions and divestures, product quality improvements, new products and line extension development, testing, cost reduction, promotions, advertising and public relations. •Developing pricing strategy. •Developing, engaging & managing of direct reports; mentoring of others. •Analyzed pricing to ensure the customer’s margins were considered, while maintaining the company’s profit margin.
