Resolver is the UK’s largest independent service that helps consumers raise and resolve issues with organisations for free. Resolver helps find the right resolution for everyone. We work for consumers to support them through their complaints with businesses, and we work with ombudsmen, government departments and private companies. To date more than four million consumers have used Resolver to raise an issue they have with an organisation.  Our services not only help the consumer to raise and resolve an issue, but also help businesses to drive improvements in their customer service provision.
