Through our Advisory Services segment, we are the executive coach helping management teams and investors “connect the value dots” through strategic business and IT planning, playbook execution, M&A integration, process improvement, and appropriate development and measurement of ROI. As a partner to Private Equity, we serve as advisor and consultant, helping to connect investors and like-minded organizations, to create value in the evolving healthcare, senior living, and IT ecosystem.
