Resolve Conflict Lawyers & Mediators is a boutique family law firm with offices located in Melbourne CBD. The Managing Director of the firm, Catherine Gale, has been assisting clients to reach acceptable solutions in Family Law matters for nearly 40 years. Ben Freeman and Alyson Gale joined Catherine as Directors of the firm in 2021. Alyson graduated with Honours in 2015 and has been working at the firm since 2010. Alyson has extensive experience in both property and complex parenting matters. In 2015, Alyson became a NMAS accredited mediator and is collaboratively trained. Ben specialises in complex financial matters including businesses or entities, complex trust and self-managed super funds. Ben was nominated as a finalist for the "Best Family Lawyer" category for the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards in 2022. At Resolve Conflict, we are experienced in parenting matters, property and financial divisions, separation and divorce, alternative dispute resolution and relationship agreements. We also offer services such as family mediation, collaborative practice, lawyer negotiation and mediation with lawyers.
