RD was the contractor for the 2016 winner of the Chicagoland Apartment Association CAMME (Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence) award for "Best Unit Renovation." RD was the contractor for the 2015 winner of the Detroit Metro Apartment Association Prism Award for "Best Renovated Property."
