Regeneration Ranchland builds and actively manages real asset portfolios to add economic and environmental value. Its initial product, North American Ranchland 1 (NAR-I), gives institutional investors access to an underinvested and undervalued asset class. NAR-1 will acquire ranchland and livestock in the Southeastern United States. It transforms ranch productivity by enabling use of adaptive multi-paddock (AMP) grazing. The same practices that can drive revenues and deliver attractive investor returns can also be a net positive for the climate, build soil health, protect water quality and address the rising global demand for protein.
