RegApp is a fun new tool that enables you to make contact and chat with other vehicle owners using only their number plate, just like an email address. It offers security and anonymity to users, whilst providing all of us with the ability to message other motorists for all sorts of reasons, such as letting them know of your opinion of their driving skills or politely notifying them they have been disrespectful to our environment by throwing rubbish from their car window.
