Reception Academy was founded in 2008 with the main objective of providing Hotels with exceptionally skilled staff in all departments.
Since offering our classroom-based courses to the general public in 2010, we have trained countless passionate students, wanting a career in Hospitality. With a high success rate of our graduates gaining employment in the industry, we have played a decisive role in improving the lives of committed individuals and made scores of dreams come true.
We are now acknowledged by over 800 Hotels that work closely with us and recognise the quality of our vocational training and the standard of our graduates. We provide a platform for connecting Hospitality graduates to employers through our graduate profile database. We also have an online job-board which enables registered Hotels to post all their Hospitality vacancies free of charge.
We are proud to say that we currently have graduates working in an assortment of Hotels. From The Ritz, Hilton, Marriott, Park Plaza, IHG to The Premier Inn, we are making a difference. Having successfully reduced the time and cost of training for Front of House positions, we aim to cover all other Hospitality departments and be the preferred provider of trained staff for Hotels.
In order to ensure our graduates find work in Hotels in the UK and abroad, we worked in conjunction with Hotels to create a course based on their requirements when hiring Hotel Receptionists. We also offer a free introduction service to each Hotel, where our graduates’ profiles may be seen by Hotels looking to employ Hotel Receptionists. Continuous close collaboration with London Hotels guarantees the training provided is to the highest standard, furthermore our instructors are trained professionals who themselves have worked in successful hotels for years.
