Realcom - In simple terms we typically undertake consultancy works for ‘property owners’ and ‘Lessees’ as their appointed Development and/or Project Manager. We work in conjunction with our Client with the primary aim to add value, assess risk, find opportunities, ensure statutory approvals are obtained to the benefit to our Client and to protect their interests through sale/lease negotiations, the approval process and under procurement/construction contracts. We act completely on our Client’s behalf as their representative and as required throughout the project on to ensure that they can maintain their focus on their ‘core business’ during this period.
Realcom can take responsibility for every aspect of the project from requirements, governance, lease/sale negotiations, design oversight, approvals, budget management, programming, construction, change management, IT oversight and commissioning.
