Miller, Ready About is a startup consultancy centered on the belief that the human desire for stability and our need to adapt to changing conditions are not mutually incompatible. In fact, each actually requires the other, and they balance each other out. My work is focused on helping startups build resilient working cultures that can adapt to their changing surroundings in order to stay on course.
