ReThink, a personal and organisational transformation centre, is dedicated to community enlightenment and the overall increase in life satisfaction through learning, networking and inner peace. Our mission is to promote happiness and well-being throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the world, and to nudge a novel ReThink on issues by creating the right space for leading breakthrough ideas and strategies. We call this our Moments of Epiphany. Through our personal transformation services, which include de-stressing and centering sessions, life coaching, health coaching, and ReThink interventions, you will emerge reenergized and with a renewed outlook on life. We utilize the Science of Happiness to help organisations develop stronger cultures. It has been proven that Happier work environments improve employee retention rates, reduce sick leave, and increase employee productivity, all of which impacts the bottom line. Our organizational services include ReThinking Sessions, Executive Coaching, workshops, and training. Our ReThink Membership allows you to attend Enlightenment Interventions and Wine Events. Day passes are also available to the public. Lastly, our mission would not be complete without giving back. Our service programs include: Project Happiness (teaching emotional resilience to children free in over 80 countries all over the world) and our Kindness Cards Program.
