Raptor Consumer Partners is the consumer private equity division of Raptor Capital Management, LP, a diversified financial services firm. Veteran investor James J. Pallotta founded Raptor Consumer Partners in 2011 to seek partner consumer companies that have an out-sized potential for disrupting the marketplace. We believe emerging brands require more than just capital to grow. Our investment criteria is centered on the idea that the most successful companies reach an inflection point where a combination of capital, strategy and relationships are needed to succeed through the next phase of growth. Evolving companies often require management additions or adjustments, working capital to support expansion and sophisticated branding.
