The RaizUp journey started in 2019 as a community called Women in Hospitality and Travel-Tech, challenging the status quo and working towards equity through education, mentorship and career development. Three years on, we manage the largest diverse, global travel professional community with a particular emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion.
After months of contemplating the project’s direction, the founding team decided to take the plunge, launch the RaizUp and is now operating in the consulting tech field within the travel industry in three key areas:
Diversity and Inclusion: to measure and set goals for companies who want to make the most out of their teams
Talent sourcing: for organizations looking to acquire diverse talent and maximalize the potential of their teams from the get-go
Expansion: for organisations who would like to scale internationally and want to make the most out of their growth strategy processes
