Raiffeisen Consulting (RC) has three primary areas of operations: business consultancy, real estate operations and brand management. RC analysts produce a large scope of economic research, particularly on capital markets, to be used by internal and external clients for various operating and development purposes. The renown that research enjoys in business and political circles is a crucial element in the reputation management of the entire financial group. RC consultants provide advisory services in the use of EU pre-accession funds, mergers and acquisitions as well as advice on the structuring of public-private partnership projects, in cooperation with RBA investment bankers. For the needs of a number of consortiums RC also developed energy efficiency expertise and expertise on the establishment of a future energy-related securities market in Croatia. Its real estate operations encompass property appraisals, construction supervision, specialist studies in real estate business such as profitability and feasibility studies, best use studies, real estate market analysis etc. along with engineering services and investment project management, real estate sales and investment in properties for sale on the market. RC also engages in brand management on behalf of the Raiffeisenbank and other Raiffeisen Group members in the Croatian market with the objective of creating synergies in marketing and PR activities. The services that RC provides represent added value on other standard banking and financial services provided by the Raiffeisen financial supermarket, which is unique in Croatia.
