Envisioned by Colonel David Devasahayam, the Radiant Group was set up with the vision of poverty alleviation through employment generation. Having been a member of the National Defense Academy and then an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, a major foresight of the company was to provide employment to ex- servicemen and our security forces. A strong sense of discipline and integrity is inherent within every member of the group. The flagship company Radiant Cash Management Services (RCMS) was set up in 2005 and is currently among the largest establishment in the cash services business. Being in the cash management business, the need for strong security and strategy was met by the management which was composed of highly qualified members of the security forces. Initially aimed at providing and maintaining the security force for RCMS, the Radiant Protection Force (RPF) was set up. Further understanding the needs of the industry, RPF expanded its clientele and started providing different types of security related services to individuals, colleges, schools, malls etc. The next big wing of Radiant is the Radiant Medical Services. The first division is the Radiant Medi-Fitness Lounge. The other division is the Radiant Home Health Services. With highly trained nurses, our management which is handled by head nurses from the army makes sure Radiant is completely equipped and ready to handle any medical issue that requires care and supervision at home. Breaking into another industry is Radiant Global Solutions (RGS), an expert player in the Business Process Management realm. Headquartered in Chennai with a branch office located in the US, RGS has specialized in offering Hedge Funds Back Office Operations, Finance, Accounting and Human Resources Outsourcing and Analytics Consulting. Radiant Integrity Techno Solutions (RITS), the IT arm of the group, is responsible in handling all the IT demands of the group.
