Racs logo denotes a paradigm shift where one widens the lateral or people skill set base aiding / leading to vertical or career growth. P.M.Rajeev is an Engineer by profession, started off his career way back in 87, was in Sales for 11 years and switched over to IT in 98. Left IT in 2011.The last stint was in Bayer Business Services, where he was heading the SAP Department, before R A C S was started. R A C S : Resource Alignment & Comprehensive Solutions was started keeping in mind the importance of possessing good people skills in our lives and imparting techniques to sharpen these skills . Though People Skills constitute an essential key to success, it is not taught in Schools or Colleges as part of the curriculum. General perception is Communication skills, which is a sub set of People Skills is needed only for Sales Personnel and the fact is, it is needed on a  day to day basis for getting the message /ideas /concepts across.
