Rhonda's story The founder of R.W. Design & Exchange, whose vast interior design experience and creative family roots prepared her to cultivate and manage an innovative design team. Rhonda cherishes the trust clients place in her team to create the home of their dreams. When Rhonda started the business in 1987, interior design was not a major priority of the people in Harlan, KY. Yet, Rhonda found a way to spread her artistic abilities throughout the area. Once she made the move to Georgia – with her artistic abilities and Charles, Rhonda’s husband’s, entrepreneurial mind – they decided to open up a full-time interior design service. Catering to all of Atlanta, Rhonda White became a name uniquely associated with Atlanta interior design. With her eclectic style and multifaceted abilities, Atlantans flocked to the newly incorporated RW Design & Exchange.
