RPC Land and New Homes was established in 1999 as an independent company specialising in the land and new homes market throughout Kent. RPC is committed to providing a high quality, professional service to landowners and developers alike. Three of RPC's directors have been working within the property industry for over 20 years and as a result there is no shortage of experience. This, coupled with the significant experience of the other directors and staff, enables a real understanding of the residential development market that is used to help our diverse clients achieve their differing needs, aspirations and goals.
