On May 6, 2010, the suggestion to offer ROI-Exchange’s solution Evolution of American Industrialization™ came from a discussion between a Canadian Trade Commissioner and Sean James, if not for the Trade Commissioner’s request, ROI-Exchange we would have remained successful as an unknown entity, secretly and silently working behind the scenes, not attracting the public's attention. On January 7, 2002 ROI-Exchange implemented a client privacy policy, since then ROI-Exchange’s success is secrecy by making participating key decision makers look good. ROI-Exchange’s confidentiality protects & ensures the problem solving reputations of government leaders, organizations and business owner’s remains intact. The public’s perception is that regional government leaders and participating business owners resolved and solved industrial and economic problems in house.
Prior to the 2002 implementation of the ROI-Exchange client privacy policy, the last disclosed project was in August 2001. ROI-Exchange won the contract to supply SIMYL S.A. of Santiago Chile with Petro Canada’s Specialty Fluids, Industrial Lubricants and Greases; ROI-Exchange was the first Canadian based manufacturer’s representative Petro-Canada utilized as an external sales force instead of its internal sales force to bring in new orders from Chile.
