BOOT CAMPS:
Don’t miss out on the Boot Camp experience!! 3-4 weeks of intense training for ALL fitness levels. Get ready to SWEAT as you push yourself beyond your limits and see REAL RESULTS!! You will have a blast, while you blast body-fat, meet and exceed your physical goals, and get rid of those extra, unwanted pounds! Each week will consist of 3-4 one-hour sessions. These sessions include professionally designed workouts that will incorporate Ballistic, Cardiovascular, Strength and Resistance Training and an assortment of core exercises.
GROUP X:
RJ Fitness offers a variety of Group X (exercise) classes including Kickboxing/Shadowboxing, Strength and Resistance Training, Boot Camp, Core Conditioning and Power Yoga.
