Back in 2017, I launched the website studyenglishtoday.org to share and help students to learn English by dictation method. A variety of audio topics, such as education, health medicine, nature, animal,... from basic to advanced level. For learning each audio, students listen and write down what they have heard, and they will get the score for their right answer. Listening again during reading the transcript, with new words’ definition for this audio is a good way to enrich your vocabulary. Besides, Knowledge-Library gives students the basic grammar, synonyms, common phrases in conversation,... After two years, it has helped a lot of students from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Lao, Cambodia, Philippine,... I received emails, feedback from students, and it would be better if it will have more features and functionality for each lesson, and nice to have a mobile app. I decided to “make it more helpful with students” by rework to improve studyenglishtoday.org by adding more features and developing a mobile app version. There are many ways to learn English and one of the most effective ways to improve English skills is listening and writing down what you have heard, also called "dictation". So with English RIO app, I still focus on the dictation method, learning vocabulary by topics and speaking features on the mobile app. There are three levels for dictation: elementary, intermediate and advanced. With a variety of topics, such as a healthy life, education, nature, technology,... Writing down what you have heard will improve your listening, writing skills and vocabulary. Vocabulary with different topics, or some topics related to audio to help you deeply understand the meaning in a particular sense.
