Retraining the Village is a Central and Bay Area California non-profit dedicated to helping homeless veterans, previously incarcerated men, and those recovery from opioid addiction. Retraining the Village was established in 2012 by the Founder/CEO Halley Crumb who retired from civil service with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Retraining the Village has an 86% success rate in helping men achieve independence, sustainability, employment, and permanent housing.
