Reliable Refractories Private Limited The plant is located 26 K.M. away from Bhilwara (Rajasthan, India) on state highway no. 12 on Bhilwara - Shahpura road. It has a covered area of about 75000 Sq.Ft. having all infrastructure facilities. Plant has a continuous four oil and pet coke fired tunnel kilns for firing of Insulation Refractories up to 1500C which are connected with two dryers for uninterrupted production round the year. Plant also has an in house well-equipped laboratory for testing of raw materials and finished products for chemical and physical testing. The Company is in process for major expansion. The company has a sales office at Bhilwara and a network of customer service centers at Mumbai. Delhi, Faridabad, Hyderabad , Nasik, Bhilai, Rourkela, Kolkata, Vizag, Bokaro and Bellary. The company has qualified customer support professionals to look after all aspect of customer service. Customer service and satisfaction are a strong priority at this unit that takes precedence over all other considerations. In recognition of the Company’s performance this year IRMA presented three awards to the Company for Excellence in performance for the year 2005-06,Excellence in Continuing Improvement in Performance for the years 2003-04 to 2005-06 and for Excellence in Continuing Export Growth for the years 2003-04 to 2005-06.
