All training is bespoke and tailored directly to meet the client needs and to ensure all elements of the client’s culture, communication style, dress and behaviours are accurately reflected in all interactions participants have throughout the day.
Opportunities are provided to interact with real people in order to manage situations that the participants would encounter in their normal working life.
