Immersive – from the moment participants enter our facility until the end of the day All training is bespoke and tailored directly to meet the client needs and to ensure all elements of the client’s culture, communication style, dress and behaviours are accurately reflected in all interactions participants have throughout the day. Opportunities are provided to interact with real people in order to manage situations that the participants would encounter in their normal working life. Feedback is flexible and delivered via multiple avenues including • individual feedback from behaviourally trained observers; • individual feedback from the people they interact with; • self-reflection through the opportunity to view their own interactions; • reflective time with colleagues to enable learning from others • Outcome driven including pre and post program surveys to assess change and ROI We understand that your people are critical to the capability of your organisation.
