RC3 was created by Rafael Carvalho, a seasoned civil engineer, and project manager with more than 15+ years of experience working on large land development projects in Brazil, Africa, and Canada. His extensive experience working as a planning and control engineer has included redeveloping infrastructure projects, expanding the manufacturing and packing capabilities of large corporations, and residential and commercial development. He has served in both engineering and project management roles for multimillion-dollar projects. Rafael excels at building strong relationships with his customers, integrating multi-disciplinary teams, and maximizing the project’s results.
