Quickily is a mobile first recruiting platform targeting millennial job seekers in the hospitality, retail, sales & customer service sector. Quickily is a mobile first application enabling an employer to leverage a “selfie video”based interview process. Employers post the job using templates and are matched to the right candidates. Job seekers use a tinder like approach to search and apply for a job. Once a match is found, the Quickily platform allows the job seeker and employer to communicate directly via the convenience of their mobile device.
