More than half a million people are homeless and battling much more than just sleeping on the street. They are in constant fear for their safety while facing freezing cold nights, hot days without shelter from the heat, the never-ending battle of finding a private and comfortable space to sleep so they, and their possessions, can be safe, access to bathrooms and food, cold shoulders from passers-by, and trauma many of us will never understand. QuickHaven aims to shelter the unsheltered and provide them dignity, privacy, security, and comfort. We envision a world where no one has to experience the trauma of being homeless. With an insulated metal frame, a locking door, and operable windows, QuickHaven is making that vision a reality.
QuickHaven manufactures a 9' wide by 9' long home with a roof peak of 10.5' for emergencies and the homeless. Each shelter is built to last 30+ years and are fire, pest, and rot-resistant. It is a small, efficient, and comfortable solution that is modern and attractive, inside and out. Since twelve shelters can ship in a single container, it is ready to go wherever and whenever the need arises and can be set up in an hour’s time with the proper equipment.
Our housing solution is based on the belief that the health, safety, and the comfort of our communities comes first and therefore built with the community’s needs in mind. Our shelters provide support where and when it is needed. As a community-focused and forward-thinking company, QuickHaven does not just provide a shelter for the unsheltered, we provide them with jobs building shelters. We purposely designed our shelters to stack flat to go anywhere, fit together in minutes, and look and feel like a home, making our shelter apt for emergencies and the homeless.
We are on a mission to solve the trauma of homelessness and improve the lives and health of our communities.
We don’t operate facilities or house people. QuickHaven Transitional Shelters only builds the shelters.
