Queen'S Women In Leadership – Qwil

QWIL began in 1996 as a women in financial markets conference that aimed to empower and inspire young women to pursue their career goals in this field. As we have evolved, QWIL has expanded to include a wide diversity of industries, engaging voices across faculties, universities, and genders. With these changes, we have remained committed to empowering women in leadership environments to achieve their full potential, to engaging men and women alike in actionable solutions to achieving gender-based equity, and actively worked to create opportunities for those traditionally excluded from such conversations.
