Queen'S Women In Automotive And Motorsport Conference

The Queen’s Women in Automotive and Motorsport Conference (QWAi) was developed to empower students with one main goal: to be a part of the next generation of female engineers and businesswomen in the automotive and motorsport industries. The annual one-day conference held in Kingston, Ontario is an opportunity for speakers and sponsors to network, learn, and share their experiences and expertise with a group of passionate delegates. The conference includes guest speakers with a multitude of experience in all corners of the industries as well as workshops focused on specific technical and professional skills. The aim is for delegates to leave the conference feeling properly equipped and empowered to start their journey towards a career within these industries. Additionally, we hope speakers and sponsors leave the conference feeling that they have made an impact on the careers of young females headed into the automotive and motorsport industries.
