The Quartz Valley Indian Reservation is a Federally Recognized Tribe of Klamath, Karuk, and Shasta Indians located in the scenic, mountainous terrain of Scott Valley in rural Siskiyou County, California, just south of the Oregon state line.
Known for stunning vistas of the Marble Mountains, cattle and dairy ranches, and its historic background as a gold mining area during the California Gold Rush, the Quartz Valley Reservation is growing rapidly in acquiring its originally-owned lands, new lands, and expanding its government extensively.
With Tribal + Governmental Services expanding in everything from Housing to Healthcare, Technology + Environmental Protection to Fire and Forestry, the Tribe is on an exciting and challenging trajectory.
