Quality Technologies Private Limited Established in the year 1986, we " Quality Technologies Private Limited" are the leading manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of Covering and Drossing Fluxes, Degassing Tablets, Deoxidizing Fluxes and Tubes, Binder and Collapsibility Agent, etc. The company was promoted by Mr. C. Ravi Chandra Mouli, an alumnus of IIT Madras and the day to day management is handled by a team of professionals. He has also been intimately involved with the foundry Industry for more than 30 years both in castings manufacture as well as in foundry chemicals. These products are mainly used in the manufacturing of castings in various alloys such as Steel, Iron, Aluminum, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium etc and are mainly supplied to Steel Foundries, Automotive Iron Foundries, Aluminum Pressure Die Casters and Aluminum Extrusion Plants. The current manufacturing facilities produce more than 200 product variants for supply to more than 400 customers all over India. The company is the largest manufacturer of these products in Andhra Pradesh and one of the leading producers in South India. The modern and well laid out production facilities of the company are capable of producing 2000 tons of foundry fluxes and chemicals in the form of powders, pastes, liquids and tablets annually. The laboratory facilities permit incoming raw material testing, finished product testing and new product development.
