Q-staff's goal of developing people in hospitality comes from the rich history of its parent organisation Mise en Place, an industry leading temp agency in hospitality. Being a label of this group, we share the same mission statement; the same higher purpose in everything we do. Our added value as trusted learning advisor is to develop the people that are making this mission a reality in their daily work.
Our strength lies in creating a stimulating learning environment that brings people closer together. One that motivates people to work as ambassadors of the organisation. The experience that we have in this area comes from the Mise en Place Academy, a custom and unique programme in which we empower thousands of students with a variety of backgrounds to discover their hospitality talent and develop themselves in their studies.
Thanks to this background in developing people, as well as the passion of our training vision, we were able to help clients in creating a learning environment tailored to their organisation. In addition, we developed a number of training programmes that enabled these clients to become more successful in their daily operations, ranging from service staff on the floor to the leadership abilities of the management team.
Being part of the Mise en Place Group, we managed to create holistic methodologies that allow us to use hospitality as fundamental idea in the various professional domains. This basis assumption makes us appreciate the competence of people and makes us focus on each person's own strength. Finally, working with Mise en Place's typical demographics taught us to be patient and listen.
