الرواد بمجال التقييم في الخليج العربي والشرق الأوسط بخبرة تمتد منذ اكثر من 16 سنة, ولذلك تعتبر شركة قيم من أوائل الشّركات المعتمدة من قِبل الهيئة السّعودية للمقيمين .المعتمدين تأسست قيم في عام 2005 تحت مسمى مؤسسة قيم الرياض، ثم توسعت لاحقا وتأسست شركة قيم العقاريّة، التي تحولت بجهود مجلس إدارتها المتمثل بالمهندس مشاري بن علي السليمان، والأستاذ إسماعيل الدبيخي إلى شركة مهنيّة مُعتمدة تقدّم كافة خدمات التّقييم .للأصول وإيمانًا منهما بأهمية هذا المجال قاما بإنشاء أول مركز للدّراسات والتّدريب العقاريّ في عام 2009 لتحقيق أعلى معايير التّقييم بالتّعاون مع الغرفة التجاريّة، إلى أن تمّ اعتماد الهيئة السعودية للمقيمين المعتمدين كجهة حكومية معتمدة قدمنا في قيم الكثير من الخدمات خلال هذه السنوات لـأكثر من 100 مدينة وبقيمة وصلت إلى 500 Pioneers in the valuation field in the Arab Gulf and the Middle East, with more than 16 years of experience, and therefore Qiam is considered one of the first companies approved by the Saudi Authority for Evaluators. accredited Qiam was established in 2005 under the name of Qiam establishment, then later expanded to be Qiam Real Estate Company, which was transformed by the efforts of its board of directors represented by Eng.
