QSD X PARTNERS_ WHO WE ARE QSD is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm delivering integrated architectural and engineering services, led by highly qualified professionals and academics with extensive international experiences. QSD was initiated based on three main concepts that formulated the framework; “Research, Design, and Investment”. We are located in Cairo, Abu-Dhabi, London, Stuttgart, and Toronto. Our practices primarily respond to human needs based on a professional understanding of the built environment and include a diverse scope of work, from Predesign to tender documents adhering to sustainability pillars and utilizing the latest building information modeling (BIM) methods. In addition, we provide consultancy services for different development typologies, such as residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, and specialized in healthcare and medical equipment planning. REDEFINE TO DESIGN _"REDEFINE CONCEPT" Redefining thinking concept is our fundamental driver for design, it’s as if we wear new glasses to explore other objects and new dimensions for objects, in order to transform problems into solutions as well as to enlarge opportunities for creative ideas. Our “Redefine” vision assures the development of new sets of sensible relationships between people and locations. To this end, we seek to explore the exceptional potentials beyond the conventional design and engineering standards.
