Hi there, my name is Ramiro Quiros and I'm a consultant specializing in process engineering and technology implementation for businesses in the moving and storage industry. With over 20 years of experience in this space, I have developed a unique skill set, combining a deep operational understanding of moving companies coupled with hands on knowledge of moving technology. My experience can be split in two. For the first 10 years in the industry, I succeeded in various roles for moving companies, from move coordination and sales, to operations and general management. Throughout that experience I have worked with all kinds of moves (Commercial, International, Local, Military, Relocation, Valines, etc.). In the second half of my career, I shifted my focus to technology and worked with businesses of all sizes and kinds around the world to analyze and revamp their processes for maximum efficiency. I'm not the kind of consultant who simply provides advice and leaves you to implement it on your own.
