QEA Tech conducts detailed building envelope (e.g., walls, roof, windows, doors, insulation) energy audits using drones, thermography, and proprietary AI based software. Our patented software calculates energy losses and GHG emissions associated with each building envelope element, remediation and upgrade costs, and projected ROIs of retrofit projects. Customers can zero in on specific faults in the building envelope to make data driven retrofit decisions and capital plans that will aid in achieving their cost management and sustainability goals. QEA Tech has audited over 500 building envelopes across North America, Europe, and Australia, ranging from commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial, healthcare, and academic facilities. To date, QEA Tech has found on average 20 metric tons of CO2e savings potential per building if the building envelopes were brought up to building code and even greater savings potential if the envelopes were brought up to Net Zero standards.
